May 3 - In the Distance

For today's subject, I had to get somewhat creative just around my yard and neighborhood. It was a busy day today so I had to squeeze in something quick. I would have loved to be at the top of a mountain or somewhere super scenic for this, but a tall tree in my backyard seemed to do the trick! The sun was barely peeking through on this cloudy day, and it occurred to me as I was looking around that something distant that would also make a pretty picture was the branches in the taller trees surrounding me. This tree is the tallest in my yard; I actually would love to know how old it is!
