May 2 - This Inspires Me

Not many people that know me just as a photographer also know that I love to write. I actually have another blog called The Whiskey Mom where I post much more regularly. But for me, blogging is just a small portion of my love for writing. I'm also writing a novel that is loosely inspired from my own life experiences. I've recently gone back to college for my bachelor's degree, and my papers are always way overachieving because I just love to write. I even have a tattoo that's a montage of my escapes, and a paper plane is part of it, symbolizing how writing allows me to go anywhere I want, and I write or blog everywhere I go. Sitting down somewhere in nature and sunshine with a blank notebook and a pen or pencil is my small idea of paradise. And just as much as a fresh pen and paper inspire me, I love to inspire others with my words. Writing is so therapeutic for me, and I love the unique feeling of freedom that comes with it.
