May 17 - Made Me Smile

Two things that area always guaranteed to put a smile on my face are sunflowers and sun flairs, so you can imagine my excitement when I realized I could capture both in one photo today. I was on my way home from dropping my son off at school and decided to take a detour to properly get the sun at the right angle, and I may or may not have gotten cramp in my neck from the uncomfortable position it required! But it was well worth it. There isn't much I won't do for some good sun flair - it's one of my favorite things!
