May 1 - Something Yellow

Hey friends!

So as you can clearly see, I haven't posted on here in over a year. Obviously things got crazy with Covid (hope you are all safe and healthy!) along with the fact that I decided to go back to school for my bachelor's which has been keeping me super busy along with mom life. But I really want to try and get back into the swing of things, and what better way to start then with a photo-a-day challenge?! Fat Mum Slim is my favorite photo challenge account. Today's subject is "something yellow," so I decided to go with a more basic subject and just grabbed a lemon out of my fridge. It had some nice contrast against my blue cutting board!

I also got a new mirrorless camera recently which I can't WAIT to start playing around with. This photo was taken with my old one because I still need to get a lens adapter for the new one, but regardless, I'm definitely happy to be back posting photos on here.
