Feb. 21 - Little Details

This is a closeup of moss on the side of a tree, which I thought was cool because of the details and how it looks like a collection of small shrubs. And the white isn't from me deleting the background, that's just snow that was on the ground and out of focus. But then I turned the photo 90 degrees and it actually looks like mountainous terrain like on the top of a cliff or something! Then I thought it was even more cool, so I decided to use it for today's challenge. The level of detail in moss is actually kind of mind-blowing when you look at it closely, especially if there's more than one kind growing around each other. Nature is amazing!
