Feb. 19 - Above Your Head

This is looking directly up into a chandelier in my house. I knew it was off center but didn't realize how badly until I took this picture. Anyway, I decided to put the picture in black and white at the last minute, and I think it sort of looks like a closeup of an ice crystal. I love when ordinary, every day objects are photographed in a way that makes you wonder what the item is, and I think this picture does that once the color is removed from it. Having the symmetry would have been amazing but at least it makes for a conversation!
